Bolognese sauce:
- 750g lean beef mince.
- 500g pork mince.
- 2tbsp olive oil.
- 1 large red onion.
- 2 medium garlic cloves.
- 2 carrots.
- 1 tin of crushed tomatoes.
- 2 tbsp tomato paste.
- 1 tsp chilli flakes.
- Salt & pepper.
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds.
- 1 tsp dried oregano.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 1 bunch fresh parsley.
- 1 bunch fresh basil.
- Lasagna sheets.
- 250g of baby spinach.
Béchamel sauce:
- 100g butter.
- 100g flour.
- 1ltr of whole milk.
- 2 egg yolks.
- Salt & pepper.
- 1/2 nutmeg grated.
- Parmesan cheese.
- Mozzarella.
Ricotta filling:
- 500g Ricotta cheese.
- 1 egg.
- Salt & pepper.
- 1 bunch fresh parsley.
- 1 bunch fresh basil.
