1 large white onion

1-2 carrots, in chunks

1 bottle burgundy red wine (or any Pinot Noir)

7-8 button mushrooms, halved

3-4 very small onions, halved

500g baby potatoes, steamed
for finishing:
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 Tbsp butter
- finely chopped parsley
